Not for the Faint of Heart- Three months down!

Well, finally some good news, we moved one spot on the list. We are now #220. We might be lower then that since some people are leaving the Vietnam program. I will e-mail Angie at the first of the month for the offical number.

It looks like the current MOU will not be resigned. That doesn't mean that they will not come to a new agreement in the future. I have all the faith in the world that they will at some point sign a new agreement to allow adoptions to take place. God would not have led all these people to adopt from Vietnam if he was just going to close the door in our faces.

Before we started our adoption journey, we kept hearing that adoption was not for the faint of heart and that every day was a roller coaster of emotions. Truer words have never been spoken or written.

Like all good roller coaster rides, in the end, when we have Jacob in our arms, it will have been the ride of our lives.

**** Side note**** Thanks to all the people who have told me that they read our blog and are keeping us in their thoughts and prayers. Knowing that people care about us and baby Jacob means more to Alonzo and me then words could ever convey .
